One to One Coaching Sessions For Endurance Athletes
One to One Coaching sessions provide you with the opportunity to work with a qualified and experienced coach in your chosen sport. The focus of the session can be tailored to your needs but could include:
- Individual Consultation: Analyse your strengths and weaknesses, plan your races or review the progress of your training.
- Fitness Testing: Swim, bike or run field testing to review your performance, analyse strengths and weaknesses and setup training zones.
- Skills Session: Improve your transition, cycling and running skills to save you time and increase efficiency.
- Strength & Conditioning: Set-up a programme to supplement your swim, bike and run training. This programme could focus on injury prevention, flexibility or sports specific strength to improve your performance.
Individual Session 
Peak*:
- 60 mins: £40.00
- 90 mins: £55.00
* (Between the hours of 5.30pm and 10pm Mon to Fri and all day Sat and Sun)
Off-Peak:
10% off Peak prices
Block Booking
Peak*:
- 5-10 sessions: 5% discount
- 11-15 sessions: 10% discount
- 16-20 sessions: 15% discount
