WETSUIT HIRE –

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1) The hire fee for each wetsuit is £20.00 PER WEEKEND

2) Postage for each suit is £10.00 (special delivery signed for, guaranteed and Insured. If the suit is collected no postage will be charged.)

3) The hire fee £20.00, p+p £10.00 and a deposit of £100.00 will all be charged immediately to confirm the suit booking (total £130.00). Dispatch of the suit will be on the Wednesday prior to the event for arrival on Friday.

4) The suit must be returned in the same condition as it went out - completely rinsed clean, totally dry and with NO damage. The suit will be inspected and the following charges made where applicable: £10 cleaning, £10 for each hole/rip/tear. This will be deducted from the deposit. The suit is your sole responsibility - please ensure it is looked after.

5) The hire period for the suit is from Thursday to Monday. The wetsuit MUST be returned to us no later than Thursday following the event. Late suits will be charged £50. The deposit will NOT be returned if the suit is returned 2 weeks or more late.

6) Please ensure that your returned suit contains your name and address to ensure the suit can be correctly identified by us.

7) When returning the suit please ensure the wetsuit is suitably insured and that you retain proof of postage as the suit is YOUR responsibility until it is signed for by TriCentral Ltd. Royal Mail Special Delivery is the ideal method of postage.

8) Once the suit has been returned please allow up to 21 working days for the refund of your deposit to show on your account.

9) Should you decide after wearing the suit that you now want to buy it, let us know, we simply keep the deposit and you keep the suit. FREE TRIAL!
