ANDREW EVANS.
Andrew provides injury consultation and educational services at Tri-central, services include;
- Injury diagnosis and treatment.
- Lower and upper limb assessment.
- Spinal and pelvic alignment assessment
- Orthotic prescription (formathotics)
- Educational services/ workshops.

Experience;
- Currently the consultant to Rapha Condor Recycling, riders include Chris Newton, bronze medallist, Beijing Olympics and World Track Championships, Dan Craven African Continental Champion and Dean Downing UK National Crit Champion.
- Former senior lecturer in Sports Therapy/ Rehabilitation at Tameside College/ Bolton University.
- Worked with international cycling teams including Proflex, K2 , Giant and Raleigh.
- Head a crew of therapists who staff international events including Mountain Mayhem over the past 11 years.
- Consultant to British Cyclocross team 1996-2000
- Current head therapist for Ashton Under Lyne RFC.
Andrew is an injury consultant with some twenty years experience in industry and education, working on the Tour de France (VTT) and many national and international events during this time. He was the senior lecturer in the initial writing and validation of the Bsc Sports Rehabilitation for Bolton University and HND Sports Therapy at Tameside College.
Andrew has specialist knowledge in cycling and running with key interest in lower limb injuries and orthotic prescription.
Andrew strongly believes in the education of athletes competing at all levels in respect to self help in managing and preventing injury during training, events and in recovery.
EMMA WOLSTENHOLME.
Emma is a HND Qualified Sports Therapist with added qualifications in Sports Massage and Personal Training and is in the final month of completing BSc Hons in Sports Rehabilitation at Salford University. Emma is also an ASA Level 2 qualified Swimming Instructor.
Emma has worked alongside Andrew in the professional cycling industry with Rapha Condor and on Mountain Mayhem and Sleepless in the saddle events and is also a Therapist for Ashton Under Lyne RFC. Work experience during in time at Salford University includes seeing patients in private clinics and working with Salford City Reds RLFC.
Emma has been working as a Swimming Instructor at a private swim school for the last three years teaching swimmers of all ages and capabilities and has keen interest in swimming injuries.
Emma is able to provide full injury consultation, assessment and treatment and extensive rehabilitation programmes tailored to the individual athlete.
