Order Cancellations
Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from TRI CENTRAL LTD, for a full refund. This does not apply to items marked with a “#” next to the product name or any custom ordered kit or club kit.
Order cancellations must be made in writing, quoting your order number, within 7 days to Customer Service. If however your order has already shipped, you will need to return the order to us.

Return or exchange an item
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition* and in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt. We will issue a full refund (excluding original delivery charge) on receipt, or exchange the item for a different size / colour if preferred. Some products are non-returnable; these are clearly marked with a '#' next to the product name.
Please note:
- The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
- The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
- The parcel can take up to 7 working days to be returned to our Warehouse, unless sent via special delivery.

Faulty Item
If the item you received is faulty, please contact customer care by emailing customercare@tricentral.co.uk quoting our order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 20 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us.
What do I do if an item fails once it's been used?
All goods supplied by TriCentral are from official suppliers and are covered by the normal manufacturers warranty. If an item has failed prematurely please follow our returns procedure detailed below, giving us details of the product and fault. Certain products need to be returned to our suppliers, for inspection and possible repair, before a credit can be issued. Some items can only be repaired and will not be eligable for a refund, based in our suppliers policies.
Generally speaking, warranties cover manufacturing faults and defects but do not cover damage caused by crashing, abuse, general wear and tear etc. If you feel that the product you have purchased from us has developed a fault then please contact us before returning goods as many problems may be solved without you incurring postage costs
Due to health and safety regulations, we request all used clothing to be washed prior to returning back to us. Failure to do this will result in us having to send them back to you, as we will be unable to inspect these goods.
Just complete our returns procedure before sending us back the goods, stating what the fault is.
Once we receive the goods and the completed returns request we will credit your card ( this may take up to 10 working days to appear as cleared funds) for the goods and postage if this meets with our suppliers policies or send you the repaired item (if the terms and conditions of the manufacturer dictate that only a repair is to be offered) or replacement if requested.
I received the wrong item
If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please contact customer care by emailing customercare@tricentral.co.uk quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.
Discount codes & vouchers
If a discount was applied to your original order, the amount refunded will be adjusted to allow for the revised order value and appropriate discount level.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
*Note: when trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing vasaline / lubrication or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. The item must be returned in its original packaging with any enclosed documentation.
