TRACK SESSION
Every Wednesday Night from 7pm to 8.30 at Cleavelys Running Track, Worsely (2 miles from TriCentral). There are parking and changing facilities on site. The track address is Blantyre Street, Winton, Eccles, M30 8HY off Worsley Road.
If you have not purchased training tokens in advance you will need to pay £6 at both the swim and run sessions.
COMPUTRAINER RACE NIGHTS
Starting in October, running on Tuesday and Friday nights to start for 6.30pm and Saturday mornings to start at 10am. You will particpate in two 25 minute races. Advance booking is required. SESSIONS STARTS TUESDAY, OCTOBER 5, 2010

Sessions will run on a token basis, and no cash will change hands at sessions. Tokens are available for purchase and will cost £4 each. They will be available for purchase in quantities of 5. If you buy 10 tokens in one go you get one token FREE and if you buy 20 tokens in one go you will get 2 tokens FREE.

*Free use of the Endless Pool and Computrainer Night for Gold Members is subject to availability and advance booking is strongly recommended. We recommend that if you have not been in the Endless Pool before you have a 45 minute session before using the Free sessions as this will enable you to be acclimatised to the pool. 99% of the time we will be able to accomodate you, but advance booking is required.
